We only accept returns for unopened/unused/undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Products determined to be defective or damaged are eligible for exchange or refund without additional restocking or shipping costs
All returns and exchanges (aka RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department BEFORE the product is shipped back to our warehouse.
All damage claims are subject to verification and bench testing by the Company, the findings of which may or may not affect any costs associated with returning or exchanging products.
Once any product is installed in a consumer's home, QuietCool reserves the right to decline any RMA requests at our discretion.
