By accessing the website at quietcoolsystems.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on QC Manufacturing, Inc.’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

9. INSTALLATION - NOTICE TO CUSTOMER
QC Manufacturing, Inc. (QCM) thanks you for purchasing QCM’s QuietCool product(s) for your home or office. In addition to the QuietCool products, you have requested an optional installation service package. While QCM provides its customers with this convenient option, it is not mandatory, and was provided to you as a courtesy.
PLEASE BE ADVISED the Installer, who was assigned to fulfill your request for installation services is NOT an agent, representative, subsidiary, parent company, or partner of QCM and is in no way intended to be a representative of QCM. As an independent contractor, Installer bears all responsibility for completing the installation of your QuietCool product(s) in a good and workmanlike manner. Installer further bears all installation warranty obligations to ensure the QuietCool product(s) are installed according to the manufacturing guidelines. If at any time you are not satisfied with the Installer’s performance, please contact QCM by sending an email to CustomerSupport@qc-mfg.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line of the email.
As an independent contractor, Installer is fully licensed, bonded, and insured to perform the work required to install your QuietCool product(s).
By checking the agreement box at Checkout, you the customer acknowledge the foregoing and agree that: (1) that Installer is an independent contractor, and (2) QCM is not responsible for the installation or workmanship of the Installer.
