Vertically mount your QuietCool damper box and grille
This design is crap. I cut my hands many times on the thin, sharp edges. No pilot holes on the short end. My box was missing the sheet metal screws. The metal is so thin it was warped causing a lot of difficulty pushing the pieces together. Once they were together, the whole assembly pulled apart trying to move it. I ended up duct taping all edges to keep them from pulling apart. I was charged $75 for a product that probably cost $10 landed from China. This product should be completely redesigned and retail cost lowered.
