Works as it should.
Delivery was as promised. Downloaded the user manual and the instructions were very helpful. Programming was easy, and the device works as it should. Only issue is sometimes I have to restart the app to get Bluetooth connection.

Installation and programming were easy to complete once I found the QR code. The box did not contain any instructions for installing the control or programming. I found the QR code only after going to the manufacturer’s website to learn about installation. The QR code is on the inside of the control box so it is not apparent until you are ready to install the wiring.

The attic fan control system is great…
The attic fan control system is great….. the process of getting them terrible….. starting with your phone system….. then your order system. Then your customer service system….. have you really tried to compete an order yourself.
After a complete failure of an order… I finally received the units…. Zero instructions or wiring instructions or maps. Called your customer service and failed to get any response and left a message. Then 36 hours later still nothing. Called again and reached someone who was unable to help or direct complete idea of how? Nothing an electrician could figure just a guess which I guessed right.
Then system wanted me to update the firmware…. Another compete disaster…. Zero customer support to get the update….
It’s pathetic that such a big local company is so unaware of the disorganized system…. But wait, when I picked up the product finally the will call guys agreed that company wide communication is a disaster….
I can’t even explain how much I would never pay for your company to install anything with such disorganized process….
Most likely a complete ego driven upper management that is completely impressive with themselves evidently .
