High Quality Product

Jorge helped me pick best fan. I ordered it on Thursday, had it on Friday and installed it by Saturday noon. Everything from the damper to the ducting to the fan were extremely high-quality. Very quiet even on the high setting. Purges our 1800 square-foot house in a matter of minutes. Our primary bath was always steamy, and now it’s cleared in seconds. It was 85 today and my wife said in the evening, it’s too cold in here. Turn it on at the coolest part of the morning usually sunrise. Again only had the fan for a few weeks now, but I am extremely happy. It makes our lives more comfortable. Thank you! Jorge.

I first want to say that Salvatore was a very helpful customer service rep he wasn't pushy at all and because we're returning customer gave me a discount. The install team show up on time and we're extremely professional and I also liked how they were very comfortable with each other that's always a sign of a good crew when they're talking and laughing with each other while getting the work done of course. We went with three 2250cfm fans, and I believe we're more powerful than what we installed 20 years ago from them and on top of that they're quieter. I was initially worried about the three remotes because we need one remote for each fan but it turned out to be fine. We also have the
smart attic fan installed, and already I can tell that inside it's much cooler even when we don't run the whole house fans because we've had a few 90° days so far, that to me was the surprise product to have installed. I know from experience than the last 20 or so years we hardly had to use our AC at all but I believe with the smart attic fan we won't have to use it at all! Keep up the good work QC Manufacturing, my wife and I always talk about your system to people in the area and now I see you have a division in Australia which I used to work with some people there and I will be telling them about your products!

I called before purchase and spoke with Adam, he was very helpful answering several questions about installation since my house is old and has non-standard joist spacing / gable vents etc. Despite this the install was straight forward and the fan works great! Thanks Adam!
