Excellent product. I think for a 5 th star i would want one additional instruction on the video or paper instructions. That would to predrill once the vent is ready to mount. The videos just had someone screw into/through the metal plate/wall. I bent one of the screws attempting to do this. I also tried a punch, and a couple sizes of drill bits before finding the right size that allowed me to screw the grates on. So add pre drill step with bit size for easier install is all i would ask for.
